This project includes the demolition of portions of the existing structure, interior demolition and renovation of the remaining buildings, and new construction centered at the south end of the North Quad. It will include one 120-seat lecture hall, seven lecture classrooms (totaling 315 stations), three computer labs, lecture/lab support spaces, faculty offices, administrative offices and ancillary support spaces.

Faculty Building finishes are
substantially complete. Audio Visual systems are being completed. Programming
of the security system is being completed. Wall paneling in the Lecture Hall of
the Classroom Building is being installed. Acoustical panels and other finishes
will be installed starting next week. The Classrooms and Lecture Hall will be
ready for use in the Fall Semester.
